Michael became a shareholder in Peck Feigenbaum pc on January 1, 2002. He started his legal career in New York City, where he practiced in the real estate department of Davis Polk & Wardwell from 1989 to 1996. After leaving New York, Michael first practiced in Aspen at Holland & Hart, LLP.

Michael represents clients in the real estate, land use and business areas. His clients have purchased, sold and developed properties throughout the Roaring Fork Valley. Michael has experience representing clients with land use matters before local planning agencies. Michael also represents borrowers and both private and commercial lenders in permanent, short-term and construction financing transactions.

Fred Peirce is a highly experienced real estate and business law attorney who has assisted clients in Aspen’s distinctive legal community since 1981. Fred’s practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions, real estate development, business law, and homeowner association law. Fred assists buyers, sellers and their brokers in the Aspen marketplace with preparing purchase and sale agreements, conducting due diligence, protecting his clients, and closing deals. Fred assists real estate owners, investors, lenders, developers, brokers, builders, architects and consultants with contracts and related transactional matters. Fred also assists clients with negotiating and drafting residential and commercial leases. Formerly the managing partner at the Aspen law firm Austin, Peirce & Smith, P.C., Fred now serves Of Counsel with the law firm Peck Feigenbaum, pc. out of their Aspen office. Fred lives in Aspen with his family, enjoys cycling and other outdoor activities, and is active in the Aspen community.

Heather joined Peck Feigenbaum pc as of counsel in July 2011. She started her career as a judicial law clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and has since practiced primarily in civil litigation and criminal appeals in both Los Angeles, California, and Aspen, Colorado. Heather’s practice now focuses on estate planning, probate, and civil and criminal appeals.

Danny Sullivan is a senior associate with Peck Feigenbaum, p.c., serving clients in both the firm’s Aspen and Basalt offices. He joined the firm on November 1, 2016, but has practiced as an attorney serving the clients in the Roaring Fork Valley and throughout Colorado since 1999. Danny specializes in civil litigation, commercial law and contracts, homeowner association law, real estate transactions and development, landlord/tenant law, municipal law, and appellate work. Danny has successfully represented clients at trial in both state and federal court, and has appeared before the U.S District Court, the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court. Early in his career, prior to joining Peck Feigenbaum, p.c., Danny was a litigation associate at a national law firm in Denver, where he gained extensive experience in complex corporate litigation and shareholder disputes, as well as Multi-District pharmaceutical litigation based out of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Throughout his legal career, Danny’s practice has always emphasized personal service and a committed, problem-solving approach to every client’s legal needs.

In his spare time, Danny enjoys cycling, skiing, and spending time with his family.
